To me, the camera is just a little too big, and there isn't a good place to hold it while taking photos. But these are minor downsides. The upsides are pretty numerous, as stated in the many reviews on the web. I don't think you can go wrong with any canon camera, actually. Especially since the SD series scores favorable reviews almost anywhere.
